    Most of the sharks stay away from the beaches. There are very few Great Whites, they stay out in the Atlantic. As for topless girls don't let Under Siege kid you yes there are topless girls, it's just they are mixed in with everybody else. Malaga is the playground of Europe so during the summer there are thousands to Northern Europeans there. Moms, dads, grandparents, kids and yes college age topless girls. But you have to understand a known statistic. College age girls only make up probably 4% of society so it's not like there are thousands of them running around.
