well its a hotel, you should go to the interview wearing a nice collared shirt, and dress pants. There is a Huge difference between a Hotel, and PUB !!!!

A collared button up shirt that is nice and clean and crisp! Any color that flatters you like if you have blue eyes wear a blue shirt or if you have brown eyes wear a green or yellow shirt. Good luck on your interview!
