Where is a good temporary place to live in Philadelphia?

We are thinking about moving a family from Philadelphia, pa to Scottsdale, Arizona. Is it a good place to live?

Philly is better, but it's a big difference Arizona is a ton of desert and heat I love the northeast weather crisp falls nice springs snowy winters and hot summers you get alil bit of everything. Crime in Philly is a million times worse but I mean it depends where you live In philly or the burbs. Arizona / Cali / Nevada are nice and places I would love to vacation to one day but id rather live in Philly gotta be home.
