    I went during winter time. Tickets are cheap. Mine was less than $300. So it wasn't that bad. The weather is good though. Very little rain too. A lot of things are cheaper because a lot of people don't go around the winter time. Don't go during spring to summer because a lot of people go and it's very hot. Hope this helps. Oh yeah, I also recommend using Southwest Airlines, it was very cheap for me. =]

Thanksgiving! Truly one of the best times. Little rain, not so hot, cheaper prices (assuming no conventions), fewer tourists. Delta has some good prices for that period. Get a 2 BR condo to save on housing costs.

April is "off peak" season in Hawaii..you may find the best deals around that time. People go to Hawaii when the weather in the states is the worst, like Nov-Jan so thats when it's busy, but of course its also busy during the summer.
