When's a good time to visit Chicago?

u should go during Taste of Chicago, from July 11 - 15. It's pretty much an outdoor festival featuring all the best restaurants in the chicago area. It does get extremely crowded and the food is pretty expensive, but it's worth it if you've never been there. they also have tons of other activities for all ages and live bands. another thing u can do is Lollapalooza, that takes place from August 3-5. that's pretty much a music festival and I have never been there, but I know a couple of people who did go and they didn't shut up for weeks about how they saw Eminem perform , so I take it that you'll have a good time too. I think that all the single tickets are already sold out, but there are still travel packages available, but those cost over $1000. if ur looking for something cheaper check out one of the beaches @ Lake Michigan, u can go to a Cubs game or a Sox game, if u wanna see a chicago team actually win ur better off with the White Sox tho. if ur gonna visit chicago, u might as well go all out and honestly the best places to go meet ppl are the places i described above. always a lot of ppl. always a good time.

Actually, if you can get a good deal for this weekend take it. The weather is going to be perfect this weekend, mid 70s all the way through to Monday. Kingston Mines is a great place to meet people because they have two rooms with 2 bands. One band plays in one room for an hour, then the next band plays in the other room for an hour. This goes on all night long until 4AM. When the band is playing in the other room, everyone in the first room has a chance to talk with each other. In the end, this is Chicago and their are endless things to do here. But with the weather we are going to have this weekend, I would jump on that chance if I were you.

Go on September! It is the best time to go there because its not going to be snowy,cold,or hot! Plus,alot of tourists go during that month!You might even find a good friend!!! :)
