Any bottle or spray such as perfume, hair spray must not exceed 2.5oz there are allot of new rules with carry-ons look it up and study it before you go or you will be forced to leave a few things behind.

Not sure why you need rubber bands or a flashlight on a simple trip. Remember to make sure that the lip gloss, conditioner and hand sanitizer are not more than 3 ounces and pack them in a clear one quart bag as you will have to take them out of your bag to get through security. Also, if you are on any medications then pack them in your carry on and not your suitcase. Also if you are taking any jewelery then it is better to put that in your carry on than your suitcase.
