Where is a good place to visit in Chile?

Which is a better place to visit? Chile or Argentina?

  • Answer:

Both countries have divrse environments but Argentina has a sub-tropical part and Northern Argentina tends to run much hotter than Chile. Parts of both countries have beautiful clear nights. Chileans tend to be a little more businesslike and a little less relaxed than Argentinians. The theater and arts scene is probably better in Buenos Aires than in Santiago. Right now Argentina is a lot cheaper than Chile however--two thirds to half the cost.b

Actually, Suriname doesn't speak spanish either (they speak dutch). So, it you add up Brazil, Suriname and Guyana, more than half of South America does not speak spanish. Brazil alone makes up 49% of all south american population, they have the biggest land area (also about 49%), they have the biggest economy, they have the best touristic places, they are famous for their beautiful inhabitants, etc. If I were you, I would learn portuguese instead. Spanish is overrated anyway. It's only usefull if you want to turn yourself into a cleaning lady or a drug dealer. Even spaniards speak other languages like catalan, galician, basque, etc...
