Its going to be very tight, that works out to 33 euro/day for accommodation, food and transportation, nearly impossible. 50-75 euro/day is a more reasonable figure to shoot for.

Doubt it. I would go more for about 3000. depends on your lodging, though, and if you have a travel buddy. Many times you can travel with someone, and get lower lodging prices, sharing rooms, than youth hostels.

Yes it will be OK. Of course it depends on the way you are going to spend 1000. For example you should avoid eating out to expensive restaurants especially in France and UK. I think food is the easiest way to spend a lot of money ( Louis Vuitton as well :) )
