Why do my legs and feet go numb?

Why do my feet and/or legs always go numb when im sitting on the toilet for more than a minute?

  • it drives me nuts. Ill use the bathroom for no more than minute or so and ill stand up and its like pins and needles. WHY...

  • Answer:

I think what you're experiencing is quite normal. There are times when I get pins and needles in my feet from staying on the toilet, be it for a few minutes, or longer. It would usually have something to do with how you're cutting off your blood supply to your legs when you're sitting down, especially because the surface isn't flat (the toilet is a hole, after all, so there would be pressure on your buttocks). I don't think you should worry. Of course, if you're concerned about it, go to a doctor just in case, though I doubt anything is wrong.

You will want to go to a doctor for this. It could be poor circulation. It's called P-A-D.

Because your blood circulation slows down when ever you sit for too long.
