    9 times out of 10 your stomach is growling due to you digesting something. I don't know if this will make any sence to you, but have you ever gotten that feeling that when you're hungry, you an hear a cracking sound in the back of your throat? That's when you're REALLY hungry. When you're full and your stomach growls, it doesn't absolutly mean that it's digesting, but more likely. You could also have eaten to much for your stomach. You don't seem sick, but if you're still uncomfortable, go to a doctor. That's all I can say for you. =3

its probably just digesting! mine does it too, i once was taking a big test and it was silent in the room and my stomach was gurgling really loud! haha dont worry about it if its embarrassing, excessive or painful consult a doctor as it might be the lactose intolerance that they could give you pills for good luck!
