in a follow up to Kitty, you can't use any American based travel company (travelocity or orbitz) and that includes their foreign subsidiaries. If you live close to Canada you can use the one she suggested or use travellastminute.ca or itravel2000.com or you can book directly with the airlines Sunwing, WestJet, Air Transat. If you live close to Mexico then you will have to look at a Mexican site. I'm told that you can also fly there from some of the other islands. Cuba has no problem with American visiting as long as they obey the laws (like anywhere else) BUT you can not use a credit card drawn on an American bank AND there is a 10% premium on the exchange of American money. Lastly Cuba doesn't stamp passports because they don't want their guests being hassled by US customs.
