How can i make a dress like this?

well u absolutely need a lot of layers. but also u need to fold the fabric. its a quite complicated dress. thats all i can tell u i hope u will sucide in making the dress

this is an absoulutely stunning dress, and I think you'll have a hard job to make it look like it, all I can suggest is, adding loads and loads of layers, and maybe, you could ditch fabric, and use tin foil for a more, sort of.. original look, and it would be cheaper, and look VERY original x

Your definately gonna need some netting to make it puff out go to a textiles shop or something or the market? :) See what they have to offer x
