How would one go about ridding his/herself of sinus pressure?

i have sinuses big time and i just use Tylenol for my sinuses head aches i never did the breathing treatments so as far as that goes i can help you. i just get stuffy no runny nose cough up mucus stuff of that nature but u never thought that it could go up into homebody's eyes but i highly doubt that will happen but if it does then you sould go to the doctors and if your nose is stuffed up he will probably give u a nose spray or something cause thats wat he did to me but i would still try to use the breathing steam you never know that might work
