Well just eat something and see what happens. If your not hungary and you've already eaten, its the air thats mixing in with all of the stuff thats in there. My grandma once told me: The air and the food are fighting to see who wins. The food always wins but the air is so stubborn it just cant accept that. So they fight and then they growl until the food wins and the growling stops. lol silly but I always think of that when my stomach starts growling.
