How can i get rid of these red veins that run under my eyes and on my cheek?

Good Morning, the only way you can get rid of those veins is by laser. You have broken the tiny veins very close to the top layer of the skin, that is why you can see them. Laser will completely clear this up for you. Call a dermatologist, get an appointment and sit down and discuss the options with him/her. I wish you luck !!!!
