How can i get rid of spots easy and quick and at home without expense?

  Here's a tip: Turn your pillow case over every night, horizontally one night, vertically the next. That way, you are less likely to press your face against the oils you rubbed off on it a previous night. Make sure you change your pillow case at least once a week too. And touch your face as little as possible. Dont even wash it unless you really have to. Letting water flow over it when you take a shower is fine, but dont scrub/rub your face and only dry by dabbing.
