If you've burn your own body then fill a whole tub with cold milk. Soak your whole body in milk for 3-6 hours depending how badly burnt you are.Do not get out and take breaks unless it's to pee.

usually aveeno lotion helps me. the "skin relief" kind. but otherwise there is no "cure" for sun burn. the only thing you can do is where sun block for next time! ;D

Candi ! Brew enough tea bags to cover a considerable area of the sunburn and ice down to get the tea really cold. Place the cold, wet tea bags and/or a rag drenched in the tea over the affected area, keeping the bags and rags cold. If you can submurge the burned part of the body, do so into the tea. Do this for at least one hour as often as you can (3 or so times a day) until it fades. This works for second and third degree burns as well and will prohibit scarring! The tea works as an antioxidant and pulls the heat out of your body. It stops the pain temporarily also. http://www.acnenaturalremedies.com

Try rubbing down with white vinegar on cotton balls. We tried it on a friend who had awful sunburns and the next day my friend looked tan not burned. I've heard it's on old makeshift remedy and it really works! otherwise try a cool bath with oatmeal and apply some aloe vera gel with pain relief. seriously try the vinegar though, it worked and we all couldn't believe how well it worked.

lots of aloe vera and believe it or hot towels it opens the pores and stretches the affected skin so peeling can happen faster with minimal pain it speeds up the healing process trust me i know this im albino

One of the best cures I know for sunburn (and I burn a lot - I'm Irish) is milk. Yep - the stuff from cows. The higher the percentage (1% - 2%) the better. Just pour some on a washcloth and dab it on the affected areas. If the burn isn't too bad, it may be better overnight. If it is really bad it may take 2-3 days. Do this just before you go to bed - and be sure to shower in the morning (or you might smell a little like sour milk). The lactose in the milk will cure the burn. If for some reason you are allergic to milk...another good cure is apple cider vinager. Same process, but it takes a little longer to cure the burn.

You can't "cure" a sunburn. You can use 100% aloe products, "Solarcaine" or "Elta" cream to help you get through it faster and with less agony.

Aloe Vera gell works wonders for sunburn. You can either buy it from the chemist or if you have an Aloe plant get it straight from there. It will still take a few days to heal but it will help make the burning sensation less painful.

Stay out of the sun Get a fresh Aloe plant Apply the cool gel as needed or when skin drys About 2 to 7 days depending on severity of burn.
