It's really hard to stop them, smoking (according to my sister) is very very very hard to quit. Try bringing them to some doctor or some type of therapy(if you can). But if it's just you, you can't do anything.

tell them to stop it or else you will start doing something they don't like,shake their hands with chocolate(they will think its something else) use those chocolates with pieces of nuts..lol
