Baht2000 can get a 3 stars tops. i'd tried one in Landmark area b4 n was just HK$350. that wil be about Baht1850. including buffet breakfast. n a bowl of tom yam wil be around Baht35 depends on what location u eating it. most of the food court inside those shopping malls cost 35... if u just taste it on the street's stall. that wil be cheaper like aro Baht15-20.
