How can i cure a stuffy nose?

    It sounds like you are sensitive to dry heat and probably stagnant air. The best thing to do for this is to use saline nose drops and at home you can use a humidifier. If this doesn't help you may want to see an ENT or an allergist to see if you have environmental triggers. They have alot of effective prescription and over the counter meds for this.

Taking a warm shower always seems to help me. Make sure the water is hot so the water can produce steam. The steam should help reduce most of the stuffiness. However, this is just temporary.

Try some kind of nasal spray. I have a friend who carries Vicks sinex everywhere she goes. She gets a blocked nose all the time for no reason and I assume that helps!
