Where is Orchard Central?

Does anyone know where I can get a hostel or service apartment in Orchard Road, Singapore?Their hotels r full.

The rates have shot up really bad ... I did a search for you and found a hotel (you didnt specify the date of stay so I took it as from tomorrow 27/7 to the end of the month) you can try Hotel Bencoolen - it is located at the end of Orchard Road nearest MRT is Dhoby Ghaut Station which is 7-10 minutes walking. It is only a 3 star hotel but not too bad in terms of location and price. The rate is going about S$138or around USD95 a night. yes, indeed alot of hotels here have begun increasing their room rates. u can try 1) YMCA - Tel. 65-6430 2200 (est. $130) 2) Hotel Grand Central - Tel. 65-6737 9944 (est. $130) 3) York Hotel - Tel. 65-6737 0511 (est. $150) these 3 hotels are located in orchard area and its worth staying there coz of its good location but nevertheless, i suggest u book in advance to avoid disappointment. u didnt mentioned which period u r coming, so i cant tell u the dates u wanted as it may also be super peak period too.
