Foreigners in Singapore?

visit lucky plaza at orchard on weekends and you'll find even more annoying foreigners. or foreign workers. you shouldn't generalize people though. not all foreigners are rude, arrogant or selfish.

there are more Asian foreigners than Americans in Singapore. How do you know those perverts are Americans.

Whenever i visit Singapore I always ride the MRT, it is the most economical way to get around the city-does that mean I am selfish?

not all foreigners are annoying, Singaporeans can be annoying too, there was once when i took the MRT and holding my baby and i have my mother with me, there's this couple from Australia who offered us seats on the train as most Singaporean just sit and watch

Ive been to Singapore like 6 times in four years and am from Philippines . Been taking MRT all the time to go to the nearest MRT station of my suppliers and from there I take taxis . All the time , few foreigners take MRT's most are from Singapore because most foreigners in Singapore are there on business and if on tourism purposes they take package tour which includes tour buses to take them to tourist spots . Singapore's impression to tourist is that you must follow laws and regulations of Singapore or you get fine /penalty , also for us Singapore is a conservative country (for new comers this is our impression before ) so most knows they could not act indecent and on the extreme . so I have not met or seen any foreigner do those perversion you mentioned But talk about Singaporeans acting perversely , I have seen a lot . Singaporean young some are very modern and their actuation while taking the MRT are on the extreme to my taste . I have seen two young lovers romancing and almost would like to "do it " on the MRT , some wear extreme clothing and make up so I don't think foreigners crowd MRT and most act perversely . Also Singaporeans must accept that their country need foreigners to sustain their progress , they have this revelation when SARs hit Singapore and the foreigners shy away from Singapore , then Singapore was in this quagmire , so the government now is trying not to be too dependent on these foreigners who holds regional offices in Singapore and are tourist . So I don't think its productive to be irked with isolated misbehavior of some foreigners , Americans are like that anywhere not only Singapore , its their loss not yours if you don't mind them . Just be positive when you look at these foreigners . Let the police take care of them if they are really creating nuisance .
