Does anyone know of any ways to stop meth from rotting my teeth?

Have them pulled. No teeth looks better than rotten teeth. But why worry? You're going to die, anyway.

If this is a real question...........man that is sad!! Anyway, there is nothing at all you can do besides getting them extracted, if there is even going to be enough bone left after getting them pulled to even have a denture stay in place w/o being a clacker. But you know what, every single person that sees you knows exactly what your up to by the look of your teeth. Bad dental hygiene is one thing, but meth teeth are the nastiest teeth and the worst breath, and the teeth don't just decay, they rot the hell out, the get huge holes in them. There is not enough space here to tell you how absolutely NASTY meth teeth are!!!

sorry theres not any long term solutions,even when you do quit it will be too late for your teeth!meth takes out all of the bodies nutrients and vitamins,and calcium especially!even after stopping its usuallt to late because the decay had already started during usuage!i use to use!and i am getting my last 4 teeth pulled this thursday!my dentist is pretty cool,hes the one i asked about this!you can try taking lots of vitamins and lots of calcium ,it might help slow down the process!
