How can i whiten my teeth with braces?

    you could use this thing that i have, its called 'plus white 5 minute speed whitening gel'. They might not be as white as you would want in 3 days though because it takes some time. Try to use it twice a day for about 30 minutes each time, forget about the fact that it says 5 minutes. If you use it with a gum shield it really helps. I have used it about 5 times and i can see a difference. Check it online fo other reviews and stuff..... hoped this helped.

hahahahah if you whitened your teeth with braces on your teeth would be white except where your braces are...there would be yellow stains in the shape of braces. Do you really want that?

well brush your teeth 3 times a day!! and floss FLOSS!!!! keep flossing until they start getting cleaner then brush your teeth it helped me:]
