Since "ME" is not unique at all, and you can't copyright it. So everyone can use it. You can change to "Me the original" or "Me a gal". To differentiate yourself with the another "Me the kid".

You have to announce the fact here at YAM that you are not connected in anyway with the other yammer with no avator... If you change nickname, maybe you have to re-register with new account ?
