YoonA had belly button surgery Tiffany has had a lot. I mean a lot. The only one I can think of is her jawline. Other than them the stories are fake. Most of them just matured and lost weight. Sunny went through acne like everyother teenager.

It depends on how you define plastic surgery. Major surgery like rhinoplasty? Few if none of them. Uninvasive plastic surgery like Botox, injections, double-eyelid, etc? Probably all of them.

Yuri definitely got double eyelid surgery, not sure about the rest of her face but it looks like she did. Others, I don't know but I'm almost certain they all have

Appearance is what catches attention first, then you will get to discover about them like their personality TV shows and then their music to see whether you carry on like them. She weren't fat, but in the korea standard it was. I say the figure she had then was curvy, and about 48-50kg. Even if they did, they cannot tell. People will call you fake and judge you on it. Group popularity looses and hater increase. Then basically group disband. People will say, they haven't done surgery because it called growing and maturing. It really depends what you think. None of Koreans has gone under the knife. It's only 0.03%. South Korea is the least plastic country in Asia.
