Of course you can. Most teachers teach there with just a bachelors.

I lived in Japan for a year in 1955, Back then no Japanese school would hired a non-resident to teach any subject---even an English-speaking foreigner. I'm rather sure that they would never change that. One other option is to work for an American firm that operates in Japan. Good luck--the country and people are amazing.

Visit Board of Education or kyuiko linkai in japanese websites No need to have EFL,TESOL,TEFL certificate to teach english in japan, only they needed native english teachers or if you want go to masteral online for TESOl their are lots of websites . If you want to teach atl at high schools ,college students they look TESOL,TEFL certificate with japanese drivers license as your requirements for passing as atl in japan. or visit website KUMON or another option, many foreighner teaching at starbucks ,cafes area as private tutor i think 3000yen per hour with or without TESOL. If you want to be ATL in japan you must first obtain japanese drivers license, and TESOL certificate ,and marked my word ,no doubt you can get what you want. I know that is Long Spot ,but believe me ive been that....goodluck.

Depends on the country. 1.You might wanna check about the working visa in Japan and see if your country have that agreement. 2. Look for JET or similar program in your country, I think for you first one might look better and you can even work longer then the JET if things work out pretty well. I'd say take a look at the site http://zoomingjapan.com/about/ under "How did you make it to Japan." Good luck
