How do you learn a back walkover at home?

Tips to learn back walkover? and front walkover?

  • i can do back bend, and neckband kick over i can't do a front walkover at all, but my friend can. i can do a front limber

  • Answer:

I'm not really good at back walkovers at all, but my coach tells me that I just need to build up my strength and push off my legs. You have to make sure you can hold your weight on your hands, so I would practice doing hand stands. Also, remember it looks cleaner if you keep your toes pointed. If you're trying to do a back handspring, then you just kick up your legs as your going backwards, but you should go backwards as if you're going to sit on your bottom.
