What should i put in my dance bag for company classes?

    Flip flops for walking between classes. iPod. A box of granola bars. Deodorant. Hairspray (the little travel sized bottle). A small sewing kit. Nail clippers. A light set of street clothes (sweatpants and a t-shirt). A little bit of money just in case. Tampons, heaven forbid. Lotion. Chapstick. For your competition bring your dance shoes, extra tights, your costume, all your stage makeup and hair accessories, water, a snack with protein and carbs, a camera if you and your friends want to take pictures, and a magazine if you're going to be waiting a long time between routines. Keep your shoulders down and your chin up when you dance, don't forget about your hands (so many dancers will use their arms and completely forget they have hands - don't let them flop around but also make sure they're not so stiff they look like a spear). Smile, but don't force it too hard or it's scary. Make eye contact with your audience (even if you can't see them). Dance for the people in the top row.

These are just all suggestions you might want to put in a face cloth or small towel in case you get really hot and want to wipe your face or something flip flops or sandals deodorant or perfume iPod. Chap stick. room if you have to bring homework to do inbewtween classes pen and pencil tissues socks travel hand sanitizer Oh and for competion a good thing to have on hand is nail polish if you get a rip in your tights it will help For competion just dance like you were at your studio and if you mess up dont fret just keep going like its part of the dance Have fun up there and dont just smile give personality and the judges will notice!!!! make sure you are ready to go before you are called on stage Hope i Helped!!!!

everything in your bag sounds fine maybe ad money just in case! and performing at competitions... 1. smile all the time, unless it is not meant to be 2. always have your toes pointed and dont sickle they look for that alot!!! 3. make sure you give it your all bc if you dont someone else will 4. make every move pop and unforgetable they really like dancers who emphasize their moves 5. in fun numbers act it out they also want you to have facials! 6. HAVE FUN!!!!! if your wondering how i know this im ranked number 1 in Virginia for Tap and Lyrical Performances in the solo division for 15-17 year olds.
