  Hi, I went to western Kenya in July, I volunteered at a couple of different places and it was an amazing experience. I used a site called JustGiving.com http://www.justgiving.com. I didn't managed to raise as much as some of the people I went with but every penny helps. I found the best way to raise money was by putting events on, I did a Christmas Fayre and a Zumbathone. Colleagues of mine did a bag pack at their local supermarkets and raised money that way or by doing a bungee jump ;) Have fun raising the money and don't get too stressed out by it as it is hard work but definitely worth it.
