What can be done to a lifted copper trace from a PCB?

    I repair a lot of boards with damaged traces. The way I like to fix it is o put a 30 gage wire parallel to the damaged trace from say a feed through to the component or component to component. You can bridge a bad spot with an blob of solder but its a mess and it could crack. I hate having to redo a repair and my customers would not be happy either.

To test continuity use a multimeter. But in my opinion it is a probable point of failure somewhere in the future, and I would solder a wire in parallel with the lifted track just to make sure.
