What qualities would an ideal co-worker have?

I would rather work with someone who does their job, does quality work, takes responsibility for what they've done (good or bad), and is honest and can be trusted.

I would like to work with someone who: - first and foremost takes ownership of their own work in terms of quality, productivity and overall value created for customers and the organization - who does not hesitate to ask for input and help after giving things a try themselves - is primarily focused on the collective project or work goal when interacting with others and team (not be driven by person agenda or glory on day to day basis) - communicates proactively to improve collaboration (not to impress others or pass the buck) - places high value on learning for self and sharing - is not affected by roles and hierarchy beyond what helps effective working Additional nice to have: - is passionate about life and share some parts as appropriate at work - is cheerful, has over positive attitude and a decent sense of humor - has new ideas and shares them freely without concern for who gets credit - not overly obsessed about any singular goal and at times flexible when needed I have tried to keep the qualities to what I believe 90% can easily achieve and the absolute ideal.
