Why are not pools open in winter?

first of all, they r open, go 2 an indoor pool and second, its expensive to heat them and the water freezes and if it doesn't then u freeze

Pools are open in the winter!! just not ur regular neighborhood summer pool. the reason those aren't open in the winter is bc its cold and u would get sick if u were outside but they are starting 2 put plastic bubbles over outdoor pools so some can be open. But they also have Aquatic centers wich are indoor pools that u can swim at in the winter, but i do wich that they had summer pools open in the winter 2!!!!!!
