Why am I allergic to white chocolate but not to dark chocolate?

Wats the difference between white chocolate regular chocolate and dark chocolate?

    All chocolate is made of the same 3 main ingredients....cocoa butter, cocoa solids and sugar. The ratios in which these 3 ingredients and other flavorings, such as vanilla, are mixed is what makes the different types of chocolate. Dark chocolate has more cocoa solids than anything else...giving it it's richer flavor. Regular chocolate...which you may be thinking is milk chocolate has less cocoa solids and more sugar and cocoa butter In a culinary sense, white chocolate isn't chocolate at all because it does not contain any cocoa solids. It's basically just cocoa butter and sugar. Legally it's not allowed to be called chocolate at all...it has to have "white" in front of it.

White chocolate contains no cocoa. Regular (milk) chocolate has about 30-40% cocoa. Dark chocolate can be anywhere from 50-85% cocoa. More cocoa than that and you get into semi-sweets and bittersweets, and totally unsweetened.

milk chocolate has milk to give it a creamier texture. dark chocolate has more of the coco beans, white has the whitener and Vanilla beans to make it a different taste and texture

dark chocolate im guessing is pure chocolate it is very heavy brown chocolate has milk (milk chocolate) and tastes almost creamy white chocolate is sorta like a vanilla flavor
