we're on the same boat :-) I recently switched drivers from the TaylorMader R580 Womens with a flex shaft... and i've upgraded to the TaylorMade R5 womens with a senior shaft. I've been creaming the ball at least 30 yds further. i was hitting about 210 and now im about 245 or so. good luck and happy golfing!

Callaway does the best job of any manufacturer when it comes to ladies clubs. I would recommend the Callaway Fusion. That is what Annika Sorenstam hits. So does Morgan Pressel.

the average 18 handicap mens golfer only hits the ball 198 yds. that is a usga proven test. if u are hitting it that far and playing from the ladies tees. then just worry about getting it in the fairway. when i was in my 20's i could hit a persimmon driver in the high 280's to 290's with the occasional 300 plus rip. i played this 65 yr old man every sat for a dollar a hole. and he couldnt get it to the long par 4's in two. so its not how long but how straight. a good putter beats the crap out of a long driver most of the time. remember fairways and greens.

Hi there Golfer . With the Zillions of clubs out in the market advertising they are they best would make an ordinary golfer lost in terms of choosing what the is the right club . I and a group of golfers have tried the TM R5 , R7, Xtours, Cleavlands, Mizuno, and Macgregor Mactec NVG. Our conclusion we have found Mactecs to be most favorable for those who are starting to mid in handi . For upper level golfers , upgrading the shaft to either Fujikura Speeder or a Mitsubishi Diamana does wonders on the distance factor . I hit a decent 250 to 275 on a Mactec mens with regular flex . Have bought the Newer Mactec NVG2 and installed a X Stiff Diamana plus upgraded the grip to Tour specs . Overall it cost quite a bit but getting to 296 yardgae was all worth it . Got a used one going for less than its worth ... keep in touch .

Taylormade r7 Driver. But it really depends on YOU not the driver. Or you can try to buy another Titleist for the professionel. I am a girl and I use Callaway great big bertha for women and i hit it 280 yards. so it doesn't matter on the clubs.it depends on you.

check out the driver called nakishima...i belive thats how you spell it. its relatively new(not quite popular on the pros side yet). it is the only driver that i know of the truely will give you at LEAST 15 more yards. a friend is a long knocker, and hit the la joia for a while. he was refferd the nakisima and has gained 20 yards in his first few rounds. let me put it to you this way....he flew the green on a par four, had to chip coming back. it will probably run about 200 for the head, but it is worth every pinney.

Im going to suggest you get a lower loft on top of a new driver. Some good drivers are the Callaway X, Nike Sasquatch, Cleveland Launcher Comp, or the Taylormade R7 Quad 425. When you purchase the driver, just get a regular shaft on it, and try getting a 10 or a 9.5 degree driver, this will give you extra distance, good luck.

I would recommend the new Callaway FT-3 Fusion and mabey a higher loft.

its not your driver, its your swing and the way you hit the ball
