Yogi tea's Kombucha Tea?

  • I wanted to try Kombucha tea for its help in the digestive and immune area and bought these pre made tea bags, but from reading more im wondering if the pre packaged tea does any good?

    I love that tea, that is what you call a true Elixir. I had it not too long ago before the time i drank it, i was walking for over 5 miles. One of my friends introduced me to it and sweared by it. As i took a small drink, i felt totally energized. It has a unique mild like taste, in otherwords it tastes good. It will beat your coffee anyday, not to mention it is very healthy. Hell i'm gonna try to make my own, it's not hard to make, just time comsuming and the right stuff. I'm gonna try looking into that, kombucha is worth it.
