check the fuses in the fuse block. it should tell you what fuse goes where in the manuel.

Get out the owners manual and look at the fuse circuit, sometimes there is a diagram on the fuse cover that will guide you to the correct circuit. Or take it back to the repair shop and have them fix, they should do this for free if worked before the accident.
