    I've only liked cricket since 2008, so my choices "mostly" don't contain anyone from before that time on the basis that I most likely never saw them except for archive footage. Batsman: Mark Richardson Bowler: Chris Martin, Graeme Swann, James Anderson Keeper: Brendon McCullum when keeping, otherwise Prior Fielder: Martin Guptill All Rounder: Dan Vettori Captain: Andrew Strauss NZ only get NZ games, and Aussie & England home games on TV so I really don't see much of the subcontinental, WI & SA sides unless they play in NZ, Aus or Eng, or ICC events. This is why my view on fav players is a bit biased. Fact of the matter is most of the cricket I watch is either NZ, Aus or England and I don't like Aussie players (Clarke's okay at times but Watto is a tosspot)

True master of the art, and he will continue to break records in the time he plays. Truely the best bowler in the world. Captain: Dhoni, what can I say. His batting statistics have improved with time under the captaincy. He was born with a great bit of cricketing sense, and has won India many major trophies such as the World Cup, T20 World Cup, Test number 1 ranking and even a champions trophy.
