This is an entry-level job that doesn't require any formal degree. You could take typing/computer classes though.

1) you don't need to go to school 2) you do need some telephone experience - which you can get by working in retail just about anywhere, or a pizza parlour 3) you need to be fluent in the language, have some basic computer skills, be friendly and personable and have a nice voice no schooling involved!
