Should I buy a Ford Fusion or Nissan Altima?

Seems like the Nissan will give me a little more bang for my buck, but does anyone have an idea of which is more reliable?

I'd guess that the Nissan would be more reliable, but Ford has been improving dramatically recently. Personally, I'd spring for whichever one you like better (features, fun to drive, etc.), assuming the price is roughly equal.

Ford Fusion (2011) was just voted best buy in a car for the 'overall', and got a 9.6 out of 10 overall!

Ford. If the Nissan has to be fixed up it will be more since some of the more specific parts have to be imported into the States. Ford is also cheaper to fix up and has a better reputation with most people.
