Can I just leave one community college and go to another community college and receive financial aid .?

    Not in the middle of a semester you can't. It is against Title IV regulations to receive financial aid from 2 schools at the same time. If you are done with the semester at one, then you can put the other on your FAFSA and get financial aid at the other one.
