First of all do you mean Ireland or Northern Ireland? They are both different countries and therefore different requirements apply to each. If you mean Northern Ireland, then the student will not need a new visa to visit as Northern Ireland is apart of the U.K. If you mean Ireland, then as a citizen of Pakistan the student will be required to obtain a visa for entry into Ireland before they depart.
