We are 3 brothers and applying for a British passport on the basis of citizenship by descent?

    You have to apply individually. If your father was born in the UK, you can always get his birth certificate and https://www.gov.uk/order-copy-birth-death-marriage-certificate shows you how. You can order as many copies as you like so you can all make application at the same time. Passports and ID cards don't count.
