Consul of norwegian embassy in manila?

My U.S. tourist visa was disapproved here in Manila U.S. Embassy. The consul/officer never asked for documents?

When he asked you if you wanted to extend your stay in the US you said no because of your job in the Philippines but yet you are being petitioned to immigrate here. It showed that your job is not that important and there is a possibility that you will abandon your job to stay in the US on a tourist visa. Also your mother is here, so he probably think you have no one to go back to in the Philippines. Also, the one week stay here is not a good answer either, who would stay here for only one week when it takes 2 days for a one way flight to come here? You should have said 1 month at least.
