Can i buy a car when im on a b2 visa in unites states and a citizen of israel?

i have friends from the UK that come over for 7 days ..twice a years and both buy 2 cars each to ship home and sell ...they even avoid sales tax in the US

Buying a car involves you, the seller, and the DMV. If you intend to drive it on the road, then insurance becomes a consideration. Your residency status is not involved, unless you are asked to prove your identity to one of the players, then you'll need your passport. If you intend to drive, you'll need a driver's license, too. A secondary consideration in buying a car- CIS (formerly INS) might wonder why an intending tourist has a car- are you *intending* to stay in the country? Merely buyiing a car is not a de facto bar to admission, but it's a factor and may lead to some intense questions when you arrive. Bottom line- you can buy a car. But she is a Citizen of Canada and as An Actress ( Show Biz Visa) and didn't have any problems re Buying it So I quess its Ok CHeck with the Dealership in Your State and your State Laws. .. The Dealership will give you info on Purchases and Sales Laws re Cars and buying from Private individuals My daugther bought from a private individual >.Struggling actress . but doing very well..
