I am scheduled for jury duty in Los angeles but lost my juror summons...?

just call the clerk of courts at the court house you are suppose to be at and the clerk will tell you where, when and what court you should go to. yea its that simple or you can do nothing and let them take out a bench warrant for your arrest. if it was me i would call the court house or houses where i lived at, they have it on record your name and date of the case being tried.

Evading a jury summons is a very serious offense, you should dye your hair, change your name and go into hiding until you can escape to a nation that has no extradition treaty with the US. Or, you could call the courthouse and tell them you are too sick to come to work.

Call the clerk of courts and ask what you should do.

Phone the DA's office and give them your name and address & tell them what happened. They will get the details for you or tell you where to ask. Usually the DAs offfice is very helpful to potential jurors and will do what they can to assist

start calling ALL the court houses and ask them if you are on their list for jury duty, and explain why you are calling and get the information from them if they say you are on jury duty, good luck, hopefully you have time to call the court houses.

o dont worry about it.....just oversleep in the morning and dont call and then to top it off dont go....slim to none chance that SWAT will come knock down ur door and hawl u off to jail....cause only the cops will do that...but they will prob be much more gentle;)......lol

Just go turn yourself in. Maybe after a few days in the slammer you'll remember where you HID it.
