When's the best time to buy a brand new car?

Hi guys! It'll be my first time to buy a car, can someone please recommend a good brand or if you're?

    I have been in the automotive world for a number of yeas now and I will give you a basic Idea of what I have learned about the different brands. Ford (works great but expencive to fix)....... Chevy, Pontiac, buick, (cheaper to buy cheaper to fix don't last as many miles)......... dodge, Chrysler, jeep, (cheapest to fix less overall parts to go wrong)...... Toyota, Honda, acura (not as good as their reputation scence 2000 have become to expencive to fix for what they are worth)...... VW (hardly ever brakes, last many miles, expencive as &^%$ to fix when they do break).... Saturn, Oldsmobile (just don't buy one)......

I wish I could recommend an American car but I don't think the Quality is there, Unless you go with brand new or 2011 and up. For pre owned, Almost any year I would go with Lexus/Toyota, B.M.W., Acura/Honda, Nissan. Just my Opinion.

Ford is always good. I have a ford KA, and despite being 10 years old it still runs well, and is cheap to run, as the parts are easy to get and are cheap as well. rust on the car isn't too bad, and although it doesn't have all the mod cons, it is still a good car.
