There are really five directions you could take. One would be to go into the military. A second would be to apprentice for a trade or craft, like electrician or music instrument-making. A third would be to go to a trade school (someone suggested engineering, and you would absolutely have to go to college for that, but you could do anything from cosmetology to massage to auto mechanics). You could get a basic job for a while, but save up to start your own company in a few years (anything from a retail store to a bar to mobile pet washing) And finally, you could get a job in a field which doesn't always require a degree - such as real estate or some areas of sales, and work your way up.

There are lots of jobs in the service and sales industries that do not require college-education. Most start out at something close to minimum wage, but if you work hard and stay with the same job for a long time, you can make a decent lower-middle class living. Some jobs, like being an electrician or a cosmetologist, require some education, but not 4 years worth. Being female, you may want to look into going to a cosmetology school, which, I believe cost a few thousand dollars and require 6-8 months on average of training. If you can get a job at a good salon you can also making decent money. You could also look into being a vet-tech, a nursing assistant, or a medical technician, all of which require a little training.

Im Only Me,But Thats All U Need

Not wanting to go to college is not the issue. School is not fun, but the ladder you have to climb. You can climb to the top, or you can throw it all away and jump back down because of a lack of willpower. Go to college, get a degree, even if you do not want to if you want to. I am not going to hold back, this is laziness. Just go so you can provide for a family or have a good life with retirement at the end. Now I'm not going to give you some BS story about how you should go. You already know all this, working hard for a job gets you money. Putting no effort into it, having no skills to put on your resume is just going to be depressing.

Q Who?

If you start on the entry level of a major corporation then you can always work your way up through the company. Most companies hire within and don't require a degree if you've had so many years of experience and the qualifications. Retail, child care, and banks are examples.

any career you'd like. college is way over rated. it is really just another way for people to milk us for our money. all you have to do is believe in yourself and anything is possible. i think you should do whatever it is you have dreamed of doing since you were a kid
