I use Chegg.com because you can rent them instead of buy them. I hate spending over $100 on a book then getting less than half for it back. I'd rather spend $50 then ship the book back when I'm done with it to get it out of my house.

As a college student myself, I always want to get as much out of my financial aid because i get to keep what is left over. I found the a site that offers used college text books in good condition super cheap. I go to http://furor.co and then type in the text book i am looking for in the top right search bar. This pull up all options for ordering that text book new and used and in different conditions. Its safe to say this site has helped my save a lot of my financial aid throughout the years.

I use several: Barnes & Noble Used textbooks (with my card), the University I am attending, library (which will let you borrow for the length of the class), sometimes B&N uses another retailer if they have them used (which is very reasonable). Some can be found at Pages books, others are on the bulletin boards on campus.

textbiblio.com - I just got a 145.00 text book for 85.00 - only difference is tht the 145.00 I was looking for a used one but all the big websites didn't have it cheap and this website had it $60! cheaper than the others. The service was the same but the price difference was big. Goodluck...
