What clothing stores have free shipping?

Why do some online retail stores not offer free shipping, even at higher minimum purchases?

  • One of my favorite designer clothing stores closed all of it's real life stores except for outlets, and no longer advertises free shipping on its website. Why would they do this? Why keep outlets open that have cheaper items than the online items, and force you to buy the expensive items with no way to make free returns (you can't return items ordered online to a store)? Doesn't it just discourage people from ordering at all?
